Working with Karen was like working with an old friend. She was so cool about crawling and climbing amongst the trees to get the shot. I love revisiting a favourite location during different seasons. Always a fun challenge to get different and new results!
What a stark contrast between this series, and my last post! Ashley made my cheap-online-purchase dress look like a dream. So happy to be kicking off the warmer seasons with these!
It was cold enough to freeze fingers the day we shot these! Kelsey however shrugged it off and did an incredible job posing with plenty of laughs in between shots! Thank you for braving the cold with me!
Skylly graciously lent me her time to romp through the woods for this shoot! We were graciously given a mild day by mother nature to make these happen, and Skylly definitely makes walking in high heels in the forest look easy!
It was absolutely frigid outside when we shot these, but you'd never know by Victoria's face! She braved the cold with me and was so cool about it (pun not intended). Shoutout to those who accompanied us out in the wind, including my other half who manned my lights!
I'm absolutely in love with the colours in this shoot! Shooting on a windy beach never gets any easier, but Emily made it look so easy. It's always a pleasure to chase that good light, and admire the friendly dogs we encountered along the way!
I had mentioned to Geena on our adventure that I rarely get the chance to shoot in a foggy environment. Mother nature must have been listening, because we were gifted with the most beautiful diffused foggy light! Geena herself brought some super fun character to these shots as well! Enjoy the fruits of our labours.
I recently had the pleasure of reconnecting and working with Malia, and shot along one of my new favourite walking trails. It was hard choosing just a few shots, but here are some that had me gushing!
A few weeks ago, I scouted a small forest area behind my home, and this past April I was finally able to put it to use! Megan was so much fun to work with, and was very patient with me in my early exploration into boudoir photography. Definitely looking forward to shooting more like this in the future!
