It was so much fun working with these two. Both wonderful in front of the camera, bringing lots of laughs in between shots! I rarely work with more than one person at a time in studio, so this was a great opportunity to play with different poses and light. Big thanks to this amazing team!
What an incredible day this was. This set was our first portion of this shoot, with Laura showcasing some lovely Calvin Klein sets. I think she did an awesome job! We were later joined by a friend for our second shooting set! Stay tuned for the results of that!
This was a fun evening spent at Point Pleasant Park, back in the fall just as the leaves began to change. We recreated the moment on the bench where the proposal happened, and then explored further. Thanks definitely go out to Alex and Bri who were good sports on a chilly night. Congrats guys!!

What a fun night! City and Colour delivered an awesome set for this years Halifax Jazz Fest. The longest encore I've ever experienced. And opening for him was the eclectic and sparkly, Basia Bulat; also an amazing performer. Hope to be dipping my toes into concert shooting more often!
Having photogenic friends certainly has its perks when you're a photographer, and Nydia was no exception. She was kind enough to join me in studio, and flaunt it for the camera. I'd say she rocked it!
This past fathers day, Shannon and Myles joined me at Grand Pre Historic Site, for a little maternity shoot. Both were happy to lend some smiles on what was a super hot day. It certainly helped that Shannon is such a pretty mother-to-be. Congrats to both of you!
A couple weeks ago, Alexandra joined me in studio for some fabric throwing/dancing, and she killed it! She was also kind enough to let me try some new lighting setups with her! I owe a shoutout as well to Anna Marie, whom I met that day, and quickly jumped in and assisted in moving the fabric piece the way we wanted. Such a fun afternoon!
I love when my photography takes me to locations I never thought I'd get to shoot in. Like a beautiful hotel rooftop in downtown Halifax! This was my second time working with Lucas, one of the best dressed people I know, in creating a menswear shoot thats both dynamic and stylish to look at. A shoutout is also in order to my other half, who graciously held my light source throughout the shoot.
A couple weeks ago, I met the talented Cassidy Megan in Public Gardens. We couldn't have picked a better time to be there, as the bushes were fully bloomed. Pair that with a couple of spring dresses, and it doesn't get much better. Perfect afternoon!
Stephanie and I have worked together a few times now, and every time has been a dream. After rescheduling several times over the winter, we were finally gifted with a beautiful day to shoot amongst beautiful trees and an old barn. Little did I know, I took a tick home with me after laying down for one of these shots. I'd say it was worth it though!
This past April, my other half and I spent a week in Riviera Maya, Mexico. We spent most of it relaxing on the beach with fruity cocktails and swimming, but we did take a day to explore the ruins of the Mayan trading city of Tulum. I also took some time to photograph the resort we stayed in. We will definitely be back.
A few weeks ago, I scouted a small forest area behind my home, and this past April I was finally able to put it to use! Megan was so much fun to work with, and was very patient with me in my early exploration into boudoir photography. Definitely looking forward to shooting more like this in the future!
This was my second time in studio with Rosie, and I was fortunate enough to find that she had several planned outfits that matched perfectly. We spent time exploring poses, laughing, and tossing scarves A LOT. Very proud of the resulting images.
